What we collect

How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to your request, discuss your project and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data.
Our design partners

Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly visit statistics (no advertising cookies). We may also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand page views and calculator usage (for example, when someone completes an instant cost estimate). Google Analytics scripts load only if you Accept the analytics notice on the site; we store that choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change your mind by clearing site data for this domain. Analytics providers process technical data such as page URLs and approximate location according to their own policies.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your project discussion and meet normal business record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.
